Flames of Mira sounds like it has lots of magic and darkness, which I certainly like in fantasies. I hope it lives up to its potential!
It was so nice to see The Bodyguard had a female bodyguard, I actually didn’t expect it (which is on me) but it made me so happy. And the premise sounds great as well! All that tension 👀😂
A Strange and Stubborn Endurance has soo much potential 😍
Yesss I love that Ship Wrecked is part of the Spoiler Alert universe (which I need to catch up with ASAP) but I will admit Ship Wrecked is my favourite premise so far 😍 hope you love it!!

  5. Aww thank you for mentioning me. I’m glad you liked the sound of some of the books I shared with you. I’m still super curious about Art Of Prophecy as I haven’t read anything by the author but it sounds incredible!! I think you already know most of the ones I’m most excited for though as we’ve already discussed them.

I am incredibly curious about Book Eaters though. Something about it makes me think that it might be similar to The Binding tone wise. And I honestly didn’t know Her Majesty’s Coven was adult 🙈 or I saw that & somehow forgot.

I’m adding a couple of these to my list too. Love that I’ve found new ones (even though I thought I’d scoured Goodreads lists pretty well 😂).

I hope you end up loving all of these. Fingers crossed they’re as good as they sound.

They Drown Our Daughters, Just Like Home & Tread Of Angels are a few other suggestions. And A Dreadful Splendor is a YA one that I should have mentioned before but thought was adult 😂

    1. Of course, I loved all the recs you have given me and I appreciate it so much 🥰
The Art of Prophecy has such an interesting concept– the characters sound great and being a new to us author definitely makes me have high hopes!

The Book Eaters sounds so different, I don’t really know what to expect from the plot but it is going to be intriguing. I hope the tone resembles the binding as you wish!
haha well the author for her majesty’s coven has done ya books in the past…sometimes that confuses me!

Yay, glad you discovered some new ones! There are always more books lurking about… I think I found odd ones pop up on Instagram or other blogs! 😂

Thank you sooo much, same to you! 🥰

They Drown Our Daughters sounds like such a unique & heavy ghost story. Again Just Like Home sounds really unique… I’d certainly be curious to see where it ends up.
Ohhh Tread of Angels sounds sooo fascinating!! 😍
A Dreadful Splendor sounds like an adult premise tbh but once again, I’m intrigued. Thank you sooo much for sending me these recs ❤️ and for your lovely comment!

      1. Aww thank you ❤ I’m surprised so many of them were adult as I always feel like I need to find more of those 😅
It sounds like it could be a pretty epic fantasy. So fingers crossed!!

Thank you. It definitely sounds unusual. I admit the name is what first caught my eye 😅

Yeah that’s true. Sometimes it’s hard to keep track.

Thank you. They do always seem to randomly appear everywhere. I think I get a lot of mine from Samantha Shannon’s stories on Goodreads.

        Thank you 💗

They both sound different. Really excited for Tread Of Angels as I adored the book I read by the author last year.
I’m glad it’s not just me 😅 and its okay, thanks for the wonderful post ❤

        1. 💗💗 Haha I feel like there has been a shift more towards adult books in the book community lately, maybe that’s why! 🤔

          Indeed!!
Haha it is a very curious name 😂
It can be hard to keep track for sure. Aww… Samantha Shannon seems really good at promoting other authors and it is so nice to see 🥰

Oohh that’s great, I hope you adore it then!!
          Nope 😂 thank youuuu 🥺❤️

          1. Maybe. I guess you see the most popular ones around most.

Yes that’s true, it’s lovely to see. It’s what first started my excitement for Ava Reids books too!!

            Thank you ❤️❤️
